Exploring Chinese Culture

We make it easy for you to learn more about Chinese Culture from different media and perspectives.

Blog Topic

This blog is all about Chinese culture. Learning about Chinese culture is super important since it helps us better understand one of the world’s oldest and most influential civilizations. Chinese culture has influenced art, philosophy, language, and much more, continuing to affect societies around the world today. Taking the time to learn Chinese culture will give you a deeper appreciation for the different perspectives and values of other cultures around the world. You can also use this information to encourage cultural awareness and help people communicate more effectively in your own life in this increasingly global society.

Mass Media Pieces

For this project, each person selected a unique media piece, whether a movie, documentary, or article. Each of the pieces we have selected is also the title of its respective page to make it easier if people would like to look further into these on their own.

Blog Design and Promotion

Our blog is made for college students, by college students, and for other young adults who are curious about Chinese culture. This may include people studying communication, international studies, or business, as well as anyone interested in understanding how cultures interact and change globally. Making our content user-friendly and visually stimulating will help our readers stay engaged with our blog. This will help readers easily explore topics ranging from traditional costumes to recent cultural changes. By using a simple color palette and visuals inspired by Chinese art and design, the blog aims to create a comfortable space that fosters exploration and learning.

To reach the intended audience, we will create posters to promote our blog on campus and on social media platforms used by college students. By posting brief highlights or short video clips showcasing aspects of Chinese culture, we hope to spark curiosity and invite readers to learn more. Using both social media and campus networks, we aim to create multiple pathways for students to discover the blog and engage with its study of Chinese traditions and modern life.
